Ukraine shields the entire democratic world from the aggressive Russian regime since February 24, 2022.

Amrop strongly condemns the facts of military aggression and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Our thoughts are with those who are suffering because of this unprovoked war!

Complying with corporate values and international sanctions implemented by the EU, UK, US, Canada, Japan, and Australia, Amrop immediately suspended working relationships with its partner firm in Russia.

Like most Ukrainian businesses, Amrop Ukraine & Baltics is committed to supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians. Therefore, our team makes every effort to continue operating and offering Executive Search, Leadership, and Board Advisory services to Ukrainian executives and Clients even during these challenging times.

As the war continues to unfold, we launched the Amrop Creates the Opportunity Program to support C-level candidates in exile or those whose business is frozen, and Clients. The program provides engagement with C-level professionals and organizations, career consulting, potential placement opportunities via Amrop offices worldwide, and rhythmic business forecast updates.

On a pro bono basis, Amrop helps with contingency planning and business remodeling facilitation to ensure Ukrainian organizations respond to the evolving situation quickly and adequately.

Moreover, we assist in building logistics for humanitarian aid through our business networks and call on our partner firms and Clients across the world to support Ukraine and help humans survive the unjust war brought by the invaders to the peaceful State of Ukraine.
